Месторасположение отличное. Рядом whole foods, бары, ресторан, но саус бич на машине мнут 10 в среднемМагазинчики, бутики тоже рядом. В здании также есть ресторан. В целом, все неплохо , если бы не безответственность хозяйки по поводу карт (pass).

Very nice apartment in One Broadway building. The room with two queen size beds is good, beds are comfy. The sofa in the living room breaks your back. However, personel was really, I mean really helpful (helped us to check in around 9 pm) and then, as we were flying back at night, they kept our luggage till the afternoon. Very nice and clean apartment with large balcony with a great view. Parking spot included for free.
